In this position, you will plan new hire orientation and coordinates company on-boarding process. Strategically partners with senior leadership and benefit consultants to manage the benefit plan renewal process yearly .
This position is responsible for the overall strategic management of a block of current clients. The primary objectives and goals of the position are to maintain a block of clients (retention) and grow the block of business organically (sales), as well as mentor and develop their support team.
The Manager is responsible for providing compensation consultation to all levels within the organization while ensuring compliance to all state and federal regulatory requirements that relate to Compensation. The Manager operates with significant latitude on unreviewed actions or decisions and provides project updates to management.
