Respond promptly to production outages and answer clients inquiries, including investigating symptoms and breakdown issues; updating support documentation; identifying opportunities for technical improvements and efficiencies; performing technical evaluation of various software applications.
Assist project/program management by developing technical solutions for internal and external customers, help inside and outside sales personnel on special projects, minor product mods, BOMs and schematics.
Responsible for owning, designing, developing and deploying data intensive web applications from idea to production. Develop efficient and quality source code (both client and server side) that delivers exceptional experience for end users.
The ideal candidate will have understanding of object-oriented design, client-server architecture and relational database design.
