Respond promptly to production outages and answer clients inquiries, including investigating symptoms and breakdown issues; updating support documentation; identifying opportunities for technical improvements and efficiencies; performing technical evaluation of various software applications.
As a member of the software development team, the Web Application Developer will work with members of our software team, product managers, and customers to design and develop existing and new user interfaces for the exploitation of multi-source intelligence data.
