This position is responsible for creating, reviewing, and delivering complex financial plans via telephone to participants across the nation. The financial planning process serves as a platform with which to deepen relationships with, and retain assets of, ICMA-RC high balance participants.
This is a mid- level non-management position that is proficient in relevant software languages and systems, and is recognized as a resource in at least one of the following areas: Engine, Tools, Graphics, Networking, AI, Audio, Physics, User Interface, Terrain.
Act as technical resource for standard questions posed by internal/external customers, i.e., plan design and adoption questions. Research and develop responses to non-standard technical questions/issues posed by internal/external customers.
This position is responsible for acting as a support contact to clients assigned to the National Relationship Management Team. In doing so, establish, maintain and strengthen the relationship with the customer with a focus on retention of the business. Ensures the delivery of quality services to customers as part of a the National Relationship Management Team. Coordinates corporate activities for the customer.
Work with the internal ERM public affairs staff to develop, coordinate and implement broad scale public consultation programs (strategic and tactical) involving stakeholder outreach with landowners, general public, elected officials, media and advocacy groups at all levels.
