This individual will be assigned to an Enterprise Network Audit where all critical facilities are being documented; organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
The successful candidate will be responsible for following the technical writing policies and procedures and coordinating the effort in preparing the site-specific documentation for the AOC WS Fielding Team.
In this role, you will research and develop technical work documents (TGIs) (Non-SUBSAFE) for the restoration/repair of various shipboard components through the review of applicable drawings and references.
The primary goal is to assist Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in drafting and producing flight manuals using innovative processes that greatly reduce the time from engineering, test and evaluation to publication completion.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to work in complex matrix structure and ambiguous situations with limited direction; excellent knowledge of MS-Office software, preferable to also have knowledge in using Excel.
