Ensure order specifications are thoroughly reviewed, including contractual requirements, scope of supply, and delivery expectations. Ensure discrepancies between sales, the customer and order are resolved and mitigate impact throughout the order.
Support in the areas of project management, systems engineering, requirements analysis, configuration management, information assurance, fielding ashore/afloat, testing, production/operations, and sustainment for the Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM) suite of applications.
In this role, the selected candidate will establish and maintain effective client relations to achieve active cooperation, prompt payment and additional work opportunities, resolve any issues and problems that might arise throughout the duration of the project.
Overall Project Management for the Maintenance Figure of Merit, MFOM, sustainment and modernization effort will include staff management, schedule management, financial management and execution tracking.
Maintain project schedules and scheduling resources with the client, team members, and contractors related to project delivery; support ongoing improvement and strategic guidance of all production processes.
In this role, you will provide written documentation of all disciplinary conferences in accordance with the established personnel policies, and confer with the Area Manager regarding the nature of the disciplinary decisions.
The candidate selected will lead multiple projects of varying size and scope. Project teams may include both technical and non-technical personnel, which will require effective planning and coordination of resources for successful performance.
In this role, you will collect information using project control tools to show daily progress status, compile information weekly and coordinate the monthly project status reports to communicate progress using the Risk Matrix, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) graphs to control project work.
