The Human Resources Manager is responsible for partnering with line-of-business executives to develop HR strategies that impact large, complex units within the businesses supported, which are usually national in scope.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with clients and vendors; new business development skills and the ability to grow our footprint with existing customers is essential.
This person develop and maintain successful working relationships with management team in order to influence and provide effective HR processes, advice and support.
Provide proactive coaching, consultation and direction to management in areas of employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and overall organizational effectiveness.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide strategic HR consulting to one or two client groups (led by VP/MVP) Manage core HR processes (i.e., performance management, all associate survey) for business unit.
