The Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Manager, is responsible for providing quality patient care which includes knowledge of physical, psychological, social, cultural, spiritual, and developmental factors of the patients served, is family centered and based on the philosophy of company Harbourview Emergency Department.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide admission, case management, and follow-up skilled nursing visits for home health patients; administer on-going care and case management for each patient, provide necessary follow-up as directed by the Clinical Manager.

In this role, the selected candidate provides, coordinates, supervises and responsibly directs the activities of various levels of assigned nurses and ancillary personnel in the provision of patient care utilizing both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.
