Analyzes blueprints, sketches, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates (based upon field experience and business skills) for products, projects, or services by performing the duties listed below.
Analyzes project requirements in the areas of business management, financial management, program scheduling, milestone tracking, critical path analyses, and support requirements, and performs other related analyst/management activities required for successful completion of required tasks.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Modeling and Simulation (M&S), DMO, and LVC concepts to provide technical and analytical assistance in the development, validation, and coordination of DMO capability requirements documents and assist with the integration of Combat Air Force (CAF) DMO capability requirement into weapon system MTC programs.
Initiatives to address current trends. This individual will coordinate course schedules and faculty assignments, contribute to development and management of the budget, monitor data regarding the program, contribute to preparation of regulatory reports, and participate in grant writing and program development as assigned.
The Control Engineer provides technical information to others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design requirements; troubleshoots engineering related installation problems; acts as a liaison with the client and/or owner regarding the project process.
In this role, the selected candidate will supervise, coordinate & review the work of multiple project teams during all phases of a project, assist with establishing project scope and budgets, oversee completion of conceptual, schematic and presentation materials, coordinate design reviews with the client.
Serves as point of contact for the office or group on issues related to accounting, human resources, purchasing, timekeeping and other departments, as well as external contacts such as customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
