Perform program/project coordination activities as well as day to activities related to delivering the objectives of the IT Infrastructure Services Program in the areas of program/project standards and best practices, audit ability and accountability and program knowledge management.
Initiatives to address current trends. This individual will coordinate course schedules and faculty assignments, contribute to development and management of the budget, monitor data regarding the program, contribute to preparation of regulatory reports, and participate in grant writing and program development as assigned.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience developing and documenting business processes and procedures including development of process flows and narratives and facilitating requirements definition work sessions.
Responsible for providing updates and announcements and administering fuel cards to fleet vehicle customers and management/executives as needed. Supports requests, such as vehicle replacements, in a timely manner according to policy and guidelines.
Project and program coordination, Microsoft office tools, (specifically MS Project) oral and written communication skills, organization skills, ability to work with all levels of organization to resolve problems, understands best practices in service management, SharePoint knowledge, agile scrum.
