This role will balance the stabilization / evolution of the company's Contact Center Technology Portfolio as well as leveraging the Platforms to deliver Business Solutions to our Contact Center Clients.
The selected candidate will provide leadership, technology design expertise, direction and consultation, in the development, integration, launch, scaling and maintenance of new and existing email solutions.
Continue Operation and Maintenance (O&M), Fundamentals and Planning training course development. Identify job tasks to be performed, analyze the skills and knowledge needed to perform them, assess the technologies available for training the skills and knowledge, perform a media analysis to recommend the best mix of delivery media and provide cost and lead-time comparisons for the feasible alternatives.
The Cloud/Virtualization Operations Engineer will perform enterprise wide operations activities (such as design reviews, impact assessments, environment updates, etc.) associated with changes/updates as well as project implementation activities that impact the Cloud and other Virtual Environments (VE).
Assists the Government Lead in the daily engineering duties on systems. Implement and monitor security measures for communication systems, networks, and provide advice that systems and personnel adhere to established Government security requirements.
Contribute to business intelligence - Gather information about market trends and competitive offerings. Provide feedback to marketing on programs and products (be a part of the New Product Introduction process!).
Support development of business case analyses for GFE breakout candidates and other cost reduction initiatives via engineering trade studies; identify potential candidates for Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) to GFE conversion to reduce material pass-through costs.
In this role, the selected candidate will propose design changes to fixtures, tooling, and production layouts which will increase efficiency and safety; take part in the development and research for processes, equipment, systems integrations, and procedures.
