In this role, you will perform variety of network engineering tasks, either independently or under supervision, which are broad in nature and are concerned with the design and implementation of integrated networks, including personnel hardware, software and support facilities and/or equipment.
Provide specific detailed information for hardware and software selection, implementation techniques and tools for the most efficient solution to meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements.
Analyze; troubleshoot; and reconfigure an enterprise network to maintain constant WAN availability. Assist with new installations by 3rd parties into the WAN architecture by remotely configuring Cisco and Juniper devices.
In this role, the selected candidate will support the operations and making day to day changes in the network environment; should also be good with Cisco routers i.e. 3935, 7200, ASR series and Cisco switches i.e. 3750, 4500, 6500, Nexus platforms.

Interface with Active Duty personnel and US Government employees to provide top notch repair support with a focus on United States Navy related networks. Related systems include ISNS, CANES, SCI and all associated installed applications.
Create router and switch designs and configurations linking numerous computing platforms, operating systems, and network topologies across widely dispersed geographical areas for classified and unclassified intranet based upon approved architecture and design.
