As a Senior Administrator, you should be able to handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues. Provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required. Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager.
Responsible for administration duties for local and wide area networks; including routers; switches; hubs; gateways; access points; network interface cards; networking cables; network bridges; modems; adapters; firewalls and other related network hardware.
Provide support in design; configuration; implementation; maintenance; and management of hardware; computer programs; courseware; systems; and technologies specific to the ECR environment and in accordance with DoN Policies and guidelines for software.
Will be responsible for the administration of a set of deployable and static systems and networks in SCIF environments. Will administer, create, and configure several sets of domains that operate independently.
Works with support teams, including testing, development, architecture, network, and program management, to ensure that all related database issues, problems, and necessities are resolved and provided.
The candidate will maintain and monitor the operations of all JIOR network systems and servers from the Primary Network Operations & Security Center (NOSC) and develop/maintain Backup Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
