In this role, the selected candidate will lead matrix project teams, influence leaders within HR, Shared Services and other functions across the business, monitor project plans, milestone achievement, dependencies in order to achieve agreed upon outcomes on due date.
In this role, the successful candidate will coach leadership relative to established administrative processes, to include progressive corrective action and disciplinary steps up to and including termination; pre-employment administration for existing and new business and all forms of LOA processing and documentation.
In this role, the selected candidate will facilitate change management through proactive planning, frequent communications, analysis of actions and outcomes, and preparation of regional/facility leaders to effectively communicate change and handle questions following change initiatives.
