The HR Analyst is responsible for the support, and management of key human resource projects with professional standards for human resources. This role supports key projects and key HR processes and systems across the HR department.
Manages entire recruitment process including developing and updating job descriptions, posting positions, and working closely with hiring managers to facilitate screening, interviewing and calibration processes.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate, maintain and enhance human resource systems in conjunction with the user areas and information systems to increase overall ROI and system adoption.
This role supports key projects and key HR processes and systems across the HR department. This position will be key to managing and executing all key HR projects and initiatives that drive business results and raise employee engagement.
