In this role, the selected candidate will facilitate change management through proactive planning, frequent communications, analysis of actions and outcomes, and preparation of regional/facility leaders to effectively communicate change and handle questions following change initiatives.
In this role, you will provide HR expertise to the Richmond Plant Leadership Team. Partner with line leaders and HRBLs to deliver against functional HR goals and business goals. Lead the Organizational Pillar and build capability within the plant to accelerate the implementation of Integrated Lead Six Sigma.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and maintain successful working relationships with management team in order to influence and provide effective HR processes, advice and support; provide proactive coaching, consultation and direction to management in areas of employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and overall organizational effectiveness.
In this role, the selected candidate will contribute and have accountability as a key member of the local leadership team to drive the success of the organization; coach and advise local/ functional leadership to develop individual and team competencies and behaviors.
