This position is responsible for the overall strategic management of a block of current clients. The primary objectives and goals of the position are to maintain a block of clients (retention) and grow the block of business organically (sales), as well as mentor and develop their support team.
The Senior Compensation Manager will plan, conduct, lead and provide oversight of projects and tasks to other compensation positions. They will be responsible for having comprehensive knowledge of all company wide compensation programs.
The Benefits Manager is responsible for coordinating, planning and administration of the Companys benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, voluntary plans, COBRA, 401(K) and other benefit plans. Monitors and recommends updates to the benefits programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
