In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for documenting all current compensation practices/procedures such as new hire, promotion, merit, incentive and then reviewing for consistency, clarity, and revision.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for conducting post process analysis and review, including base pay administration, short-term incentive plan tracking and bonus calculations, long-term incentive plan awards and payouts, and Total Reward Statement development and distribution.
In this role, you will be assisting in preparation and execution of our annual open enrollment, including testing the electronic enrollment system, reviewing and updating communication and tracking the completion progress.
