In this role, you will develop rapport and evaluate the business owner/decision makers Human Capital Management needs, determining which products are appropriate and referring to internal partners as needed.
Manage a network of independent reps to grow sales and profits in existing and new markets; build relationships and promote our products to the major customers, in particular Energy Service Companies / ESCOs.
Responsible for driving sales of Infection Prevention products to physicians and nurses in free-standing surgery centers, surgery-based physician offices, emergicenters in conjunction with inside sales and telesales groups.
Develop and fosters long-term relationships with physicians and other applicable customers in assigned territory. Able to effectively communicate product approved indications and features and benefits to individuals or large groups.
