The Project Manager in the GBF Systems Program Management Team will be responsible for the overall coordination, execution, control, and implementation of specific projects and initiatives ensuring consistency with the organizations strategy, commitments, and goals.
In this role, the selected candidate will review project plans, specifications and site conditions for estimate preparation; communicate project bid requirements to material suppliers and subcontractors for quotation.
The lead must demonstrate strong project management skills and have the ability to adapt to the company operational processes while working with a positive, innovative local team with various expertise in the Reno office.
The NPI Program Manager will manage a cross functional team to develop program schedules, track their progress against these plans, and ensure new products are brought to market on time with exceptional quality, performance and cost.
Develops systems and sets performance targets and measures that appropriately assess the performance of the project and maintenance group and reviews progress to ensure achievement of targets; develops strategies for increasing site efficiency.

Assist in the development of Marketing strategies and sales tools to develop new relationships with carrier partners and brokers, implementation of marketing strategies and underwriting standards and objectives.
