This Partner Operations Manager (POM) is responsible for the operational engagement with some of our top Licensing Solution Partners (LSPs) and Distributors for North America and Globally, a channel that manages billions in annual revenue.
In this role, the selected candidate ensures that effective and consistent operating practices exist at all levels and locations; oversees hiring, training and development for District Operations Managers.

This position is responsible for planning and execution of all departments and programs at the facility throughout the different shifts under the direction of and in collaboration with the GM. Develops and implements process improvements in work centers, focusing on throughput, costs and quality.
The Channel Manager will be responsible for the overall development, implementation, and execution of the distribution channel program; manage new and existing agreements with channels, as well as mitigate any issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide oversight on all operational activities including transaction accuracy and execution of operational leadership tasks; ensure that in the event of a new procedure, product or operational change, associates are informed and properly executing the change in compliance with regulations and policy.
As an Operations Manager you will provide leadership and direction to a team of 25-30 mobile technicians responsible for generating over $4M in annual revenues by providing service to 3000+ customers each month.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, build & deployment of new products, programs, services & capabilities. L&C accountabilities span across all Channels (LSP/Distributor, CSP, Direct, etc.) as part of the Commercial Business.
This position will have responsibility for managing a team of Commercial Lines Raters within the Commercial Lines Service Operations business unit. The Operation manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department and ensuring that production requirements are met.
