The Process Engineer will support and create processes and activities within the functional area, and works with the Engineering & Plant Leadership Staffs to support the development of new business and maintenance of current businesses.
Interface directly with all levels of manufacturing and product engineering, and be responsible for process improvements and controls, machine capacity/capability studies, equipment selection and qualification, and adherence to company procedures and quality standards.
Management responsibilities include supervision of design and drafting staff, coordination with clients and associates, and organization of design and construction administration activities to meet established schedules and budgets.
The person in this position performs professional work in research, development, design, testing, analysis, production, construction, maintenance, and operation of electrical systems deployed in company product lines.
Support manufacturing operationsin the U.S, develop reports to measure plant goals and metrics, and aid with tooling and drawing design. Support current ISO registration as well as help develop TL9000 registration.
Design and develop tooling for manufacture of seamless ring and open-die forgings. Develop, modify, improve, and troubleshoot the processes associated with the production of seamless rolled rings and other open-die forgings.
