The HRIS Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the corporations human resource information system. Will work closely with members of the Information Technology team to ensure that the HR data is captured accurately and integrity is maintained. Will directly oversee the activities of the HRIS Specialist.
The Human Resources Manager is to provide employees relations advice and expertise to managers and employees. The Human Resources Manager will administer select HR programs such as workers compensation, leaves of absence, benefits, communication, and implementation of human resource activities for the company.
This position is responsible for overseeing and managing a Fulfillment Center Human Resources department. If you are looking for a position in which no two days are the same, team members are a valued asset and you look at employee engagement as a high priority.
In this role, you will responsible to direct the human resources activities within the center including staff recruitment, training and updating center staff on company personnel policies, procedures, and regulations and monitoring and evaluating human resources systems.
