The General Manager is responsible for the overall efficient operation of, scheduling and dispatching as well as driver allocation to meet service demand and on time performance. The General Manager position is the key liaison between the company, client, passengers and our employees.
Responsible for the day-to-day servicing of the Association's clients and homeowners by providing exceptional service through project management and operational oversight for the multi-million dollar corporation.
Ensure that all location financial metrics are managed continuously, exceptions are reported and action plans are developed to ensure the location meets it financial, safety and operational expectations.
Management skills to hire qualified employees, provide for their professional development, administer performance management and disciplinary processes effectively, and address employee relations appropriately.
