In this role, the selected candidate will staff, train, and manage a team of Sales Associates to meet or exceed budgeted sales goals for the team while ensuring that the sales process is conducted in compliance with all regulations and with integrity. Coach and counsel team members to improve skills and address performance.
In this role, the selected candidate will research, collect, and report information on new and long-term opportunities emerging from existing or underdeveloped customers, as well as the general marketplace in which NMW currently operates in, and can provide competitive offerings or could consider investment to become a competitive supplier.
