In this role, you will lead troubleshooting efforts for software application, operating system, and hardware issues. The selected candidate will work heavily with system alarms and internal/external ticketing systems to diagnose, report, track and resolve system issues.
In this role, you will be providing standards/guidelines for development, responding to customer/client requests or events as they occur, and developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
