The Sales Manager will coach and mentor the Sales Counselors to manage leads and train the team on customer service and satisfaction, prospecting, product knowledge, sales presentations, closing skills, product/service pricing, terms, paperwork, and interpreting sales guidelines.
In this role, the selected candidate will staff, train, and manage a team of Sales Associates to meet or exceed budgeted sales goals for the team while ensuring that the sales process is conducted in compliance with all regulations and with integrity. Coach and counsel team members to improve skills and address performance.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist customer technical personnel in developing performance specifications, statements of work and/or budgetary information to facilitate procurement of NMW products or services for their unique application.
In this role, the selected candidate will research, collect, and report information on new and long-term opportunities emerging from existing or underdeveloped customers, as well as the general marketplace in which NMW currently operates in, and can provide competitive offerings or could consider investment to become a competitive supplier.

compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows and other sources.
In this role, you will identify new product opportunities that are within Hamilton's core competency and will sell in high volume through our distribution channels or OEM customers. Relay this information to the Market Segment Managers.
