In this role, you will provide communication path between Education Services and customer, Service, Division, and Sales for non-turnover assignments. Provide timely response to internal and external customer communication and generate solutions for customer specific concerns.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery and ongoing customer support for e. Learning and printed self-study subscriptions; Provide internal and external support for all virtual education and reporting; Provide administration support for the learning center and manage/participate in processes to maintain ISO requirements.
This position is responsible for development of course material and delivery of technical training to Sales, Sales Support and Implementation staff on new or existing components of the divisions products.
In this role, you will design, create and deliver training seminars to dealer network, and coordinate associated training activities with little or no supervision, exercising independent judgment as to how best to meet the individual training needs of the specific customer.
