The Support Analyst is a position on the Support Solutions team within MiPS (Medical Information Platforms & Solutions). The purpose of the job is to navigate a highly regulated environment to provide technical end user support, capability development, technical communications, continuous improvement project delivery and reporting as part of an overarching tiered support model aimed at providing delivery of end user support solutions to North America Medical Affairs.
This role will partner with leadership in our Selling, Engineering & Development, Operations, and General Management functions to support flawless execution. Analytical and strategic thinking will be key assets in this role, as will the ability to drive continuous improvement both within the role as well as supporting other cross functional teams.
Responsible for diagnosing and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance and usability for the various system users and providing root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements.
In this role, you will collaborate with end users and other IT departments to determine the causes and solutions to issues. Responsible for analyzing and resolving technical issues within PeopleSoft Financials modules.
