In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for generating specifications of Our Clients brands to architects, landscape architects, civil, mechanical and structural engineers, government departments and national accounts within a specific region.
Support Engineer - (SE) Primary responsibilities are advanced troubleshooting of technical problems customers may encounter using Cisco CCTG services, diagnosing and resolving client PC configuration issues, diagnose and resolve basic network conflicts and congestion issues, and advise our customers on the use of Cisco CCTG services via inbound and outbound phone calls, and emails.
As an SE your role is a critical and integral part of the sales organization. You will assist the sales team with Pre-Sales technical knowledge and presentations. You'll work closely with sales managers, prospects and partners as a subject-matter expert to demonstrate how a proposed solution meets and exceeds customer requirements.
Review and interpret customer needs on plans and specifications. Determine the minimum bill of material, most competitive price level and shipment cycle within the market segment pertaining to each specific negotiation.
