In this role, you will be responsible for independently evaluating the troubleshooting processes used, ensuring all required personnel are engaged for incident resolution, effectively communicating to internal and external leadership ( including C - Level customer resources ), and expeditiously resolving issues that may have significant impact to the customer's business.
In this role, you must have extensive knowledge about APIs. RESTful services and integrate with other data providers, and know when to use JSON or XML; hands on experience with Linux/UNIX systems and the best practices for deploying applications to those stacks.
