Estimate project time frames, plans and leads meetings, and reports progress on assigned projects to various levels of the organization; prepare user reference and training materials, and when appropriate, conducts formal training.

The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for supporting all HR systems with a primary focus on system configuration, data entry and auditing of data in the Human Capital Management System (Workday). Under general supervision, performs daily operations and provides accurate management reporting and analysis of all data, including but not limited to Employee Headcount, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll. Works closely with internal and external customers to facilitate and manage system and reporting needs.
Develop and deliver complex ad-hoc reports from multiple business systems to management in support of executive decision making. Responsible for gathering, interpreting, analyzing and verifying the data.
Elaborate business requirements, rules, and data elements into functional designs that are both complex in nature and enterprise oriented. Applicable business requirements and processes are reviewed, analyzed, and translated into system function points.
Resolve system issues, contribute to and support detailed business requirements, conduct information gathering sessions, perform System Integration Testing, recommend technology solutions and new technology initiatives.
Reviews test plans, scenarios, and cases as needed. Participates in quality assurance (qa) triage to resolve issues/defects and identify root causes. Supports post-implementation verification (piv) as needed. Identifies risks, dependencies, assumptions and constraints, and develops and recommends mitigation strategies. Provides consulting services to business partners on new initiatives.
