In this role, you will support deal execution end to end, including profiling targets, working with business and functional leads to evaluate strategic fit, performing valuation / financial modeling, identifying deal risks, proposing deal structures, project managing due diligence, participating in negotiations, and drafting deal documents.

Work with Business to identify andprioritize Sales CRM requirements. Lead the Value Creation Office forSales Requests to define and prioritize with global business sales units thatflow into the Continuous Improvement Development Queue.
The primary functions include: providing sales and technical assistance with distributors, contractors, end users and Electrical Group personnel; provide timely and accurate information for order entry, while elevating quality issues to attention of management, and ensuring that accurate information flows to market intelligence data on competitive products, customer needs preference and buying habits; support distributor inventories and inventory turns by recommending specific products and levels to be stocked.
In this role, you will be responsible for market research and financial analysis:analyze market share evolution and key competitors movement and track macro-economic trends, industry development activities and regulatory updates.
In this role, you will defend, protect and optimize client outcomes, and generate future revenues for large, named, strategic Pro accounts; accurately forecasts sales opportunities according to product, timescale, and value.
