The SBRM will spend the majority of their time meeting the sales and service needs of small business customers, and are also responsible for uncovering the small business customer's personal banking needs.
In this role, you will focus the majority of their time deepening relationships by connecting customers to sales specialists and offering appropriate financial solutions and services to both individual and small business clients.
Build and maintain effective and influential relationships at senior levels within the client organization;Develop and implement strategies to provide high quality, creative and integrated services to clients.
Resolves problems/issues within accounts by methodically identifying customer issues/pains; being a primary point of contact; utilizing expertise in development of solutions; collaborating with internal resources; engaging the proper resources; and communicating the customers report issue to the account team.
In this role, you will prepare and educate customers on new features and releases by initiating software upgrade projects, proactive review of release notes, coordinating and delivering user training sessions.
