In this role, you will educate your patients on how to do their own dialysis from their homes, and you take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their treatment stays on track.
In this role, you will be responsible for all safety, infection control, and quality of care issues that might arise while on duty, as well as, assisting with performance appraisals, mentoring staff during orientation, and dealing with disciplinary issues.
In this role, you will ensure effective communication and collaboration with branch staff and field sales resources via weekly meetings. Actively participate in weekly branch sales/operation meeting, bringing relative data, reports for review as well as information regarding changes within accounts and referral sources.
