In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for all sales and marketing functions in the southeast region of the USA. The new director will be responsible for short and long term sales strategy, budgeting, planning, and marketing for the entire region.
The Sales Director works with state healthcare-related agencies such as Medicaid, Health & Human Services, and State Health Insurance Exchanges to gain a thorough understanding of their healthcare business and technology needs and agendas, directs our companys procurement efforts in their assigned region, and leverages the full spectrum of Truven Health Analytics resources to deliver value to state government and enable state agencies to achieve their business objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will be an uber organized, self-starter who is able to work independently. This position will focus exclusively on new business development as an individual contributor role.
