As a Marketing Representative, you will enter a 24 month training and development program with a 50% travel requirement. Following this development program you will be relocated three to four times in the next ten years throughout the Americas region. During your assignments, you can expect a travel demand of 75% or more.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing templates, graphics, and audio/visual materials for use in on-line training, interactive web-based, facilitator guides, PowerPoint presentations, participant guides and tests, job aids and other classroom materials.
Conduct detailed audits and surveys on site at customer facilities to develop aircraft design concepts and specifications through the interpretation of preliminary specifications and customer interface.
Responsible for leading a project team in delivering a solution to the customer using the appropriate business measurements for the project according to the terms and conditions, project charter, project agreement or contact.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedures. Ability to effectively communicate information, develop and deliver presentations in both verbal and written form across all levels of organization.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead new and existing product development projects with a focus on software and electronic hardware/system for a line of electromechanical Class II & III medical devices.
In this role, you will coordinate and lead the work of the Project Leader I and II staff and research team and provide feedback to staff's supervisor on a routine basis; conduct cross functional research team meetings as needed.
Act as a lead engineer on a project by providing technical leadership and management to projects. Such responsibilities may include project scheduling, allocation of design resources, coordination of design engineer activities, providing supervisory guidance to team members, and monitoring and controlling technical activities for design projects.
