In this role, you will analyze product or process issues based on field data and information gathered from operators, and help lead the design, set-up and execution of pilot-scale water treatment system testing at a variety of locations.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop LED components for solid-state lighting.You will work with a team of scientists, engineers, and technicians to develop and transfer into production new LED-based solid state lighting products and processes.
In this role, you will define control parameters, develop and maintain monitoring systems to rapidly detect and act upon process variations. Initiate, manage, and participate in projects to improve wafer quality and yield to exceed customer expectations.
The ideal candidate will have project management skills and manufacturing experience of medical devices or pharmaceutical products. She/he will contribute to projects ranging from technical problem resolution, product quality investigations, supplier qualification, process development and validation, and technology transfer.
In this role, the selected candidate will improve processes to fit product material needs, reduce variation, and increase profitability as well as review equipment capability, address deficiencies, and initiate modification of equipment or recommend purchase of new machinery.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop fundamental understanding of critical process and technical requirements, identify areas of technical risk in assigned projects, where possible conduct prototype / feasibility testing to verify concept, and define and document system design specifications.
