The DS&O Refinery Process Optimization Engineer (POE) position is located at an operating refinery and is focused on results, projects, processes and procedures related to cost and yield optimization of all unit operations within the refinery operation
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for for product and manufacturing integration development, driving on-time-on-budget releases, and prioritizing all integration feature-function requests and provide detailed requirements.
In this role, you will define control parameters, develop and maintain monitoring systems to rapidly detect and act upon process variations. Initiate, manage, and participate in projects to improve wafer quality and yield to exceed customer expectations.
In this role, the selected candidate will improve processes to fit product material needs, reduce variation, and increase profitability as well as review equipment capability, address deficiencies, and initiate modification of equipment or recommend purchase of new machinery.
Manage and schedules project elements to ensure minimal interruption to plant operations & deliver finished projects as designed, on time and on budget with no safety, food safety or environmental issues.
