The Plant Manager will lead all operational functions ensuring alignment to Corporate Values. This, hands on leader, will be accountable for planning and allocating resources as required to achieve the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction in a continuously changing and highly accountable environment.
Assist the Plant Manager and effectively manage day-to-day activities. Lead and manage all safety efforts at the plant as well as site planning, mine/pit development, quality control, and maintenance functions
The position is responsible for all accountabilities related to Facility maintenance and repairs including but not limited to the daily direction and administration of facilities policies and procedures, strategic plan development and execution, operating expense budget reporting, key performance indicator tracking, and strategic vendor relationships.
The Plant Manager will be responsible for the daily operations in the assigned facility; this candidate will handle the continuous improvement, quality, production and budgets and other related plant management functions.
Manage and coordinate in conjunction with plant leadership, activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, of equipment, and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of the facility.
Proactively review and coordinate established procedures, systems and standards for overall operations with relevant senior leadership; implement new policies, procedures and process improvements through partnership with supervisors.
Maintain maintenance programs and procedures directed at stabilizing and improving operational efficiency. Manage department budget for repairs, spare parts, labor and supplies.Serve as a project manager for capital project implementations for the site.
Oversees manufacturing for clinical and commercial drug products at third party contract research and manufacturing organizations, including campaign planning, coordinating material requirements and oversight of production runs.
