As a Product Marketing Manager on the Watson Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for the global go-to-market strategy for products within our Supply Chain Insights portfolio, specifically targeting CSCOs, CIOs, CTOs and Fulfillment Directors.
Implements and ensures compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
Identify opportunities to Lean and simplify processes for sustained productivity gains and customer impact which drive each solution to completion; effectively work with teams that involve cross-functional members.
Lead a global team of 9 employees (including two team leaders) in RTP, Ghent and Berlin, providing guidance to employees performing operational activities under other Research & Development Functions in Sao Paulo (Brazil), Limburgerhof (Germany) and Ames, Iowa (USA).
As a Portfolio Marketing Manager on the Watson Supply Chain team, you will work across the functional marketing teams to develop the strategy, execution plans and KPIs in support of the pipeline, signings, revenue and profit goals of the business.
