Develop, conduct and coordinate training programs both internally and externally for the Kinston Distribution Facilities. Liaison with corporate training resources and outside vendors as needed to provide necessary associate development opportunities to help ensure organizational development.
Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establish human resources strategy and goals aligned business goals and strategies.
Proactively prepares key business data analysis and makes recommendations to effectively communicate HR products, services and programs (i.e. talent and performance management, benefits, compensation practices, orientation, and manager assimilation).
The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for supporting all HR systems with a primary focus on system configuration, data entry and auditing of data in the Human Capital Management System (Workday). Under general supervision, performs daily operations and provides accurate management reporting and analysis of all data, including but not limited to Employee Headcount, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll. Works closely with internal and external customers to facilitate and manage system and reporting needs.
