This position requires an energetic, tactical restaurant professional who is continually looking for ways to improve themselves and their team, with a hands on, shoulder to shoulder approach to coaching and leadership.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure that all location financial metrics are managed continuously, exceptions are reported and action plans are developed to ensure the location meets it financial, safety and operational expectations.
In this role, the selected candidate reviews targeted sales and expense tools to quickly identify and prioritize areas of opportunity; sets team direction to maximize sales and deliver profitability targets. Actively participates in peer group discussions to identify trends and/or barriers to business performance.
Responsible for establishing staffing requirements, conducting interviews, new hire process and training of new employees. Responsible for employee accountability and adherence to franchise system standards & policies.
