In this role, you will be responsible for the supervision of full - cycle recruitment activities for the Nursing Department under limited supervision to include candidate identification, interviewing, referring applications, licensure checking, background checks and offering positions.
The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to assist the Project Coordinator and / or General Manager in recruiting, hiring, directing Field Employees, and to assist in maintaining a quality workforce.
This Recruiter will develop and administer staffing/employment/recruiting programs, including the identification of qualified candidates and maintain partnership with managers to ensure best practices of recruitment and staffing.
In this role, you will work with management in assigned service areas, business units or departments to source, select and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions using cost-effective techniques and in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to identify and place IT talent, while providing excellent service to the candidate and client. You will be responsible for providing a quality candidate experience and will work closely with candidates to generate candidate referrals and to identify candidates for the clients current and emerging hiring needs.
In this role, you will utilize established, proven recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract and contract-to-hire employment as well as given the opportunity to develop your own creative recruiting methods.
In this role, the selected candidate will review job descriptions to ensure in proper advertisement format for internet postings and apply to targeted job boards; consult/advise managers on overall hiring process, collaborate on job requisition details and creation, and advise on effective candidate assessment/interview techniques.
In this role, you will organize and participate in recruiting events for designated universities (career fairs, classroom presentations, socials, student organization meetings, campus interview dates, etc.).
