The Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading all aspects of the companys Human Resources (HR) functions including staffing, employee relations, policies and procedures, training and development, compensation, benefits, HR reporting, and payroll.
In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrated success in establishing business relationships as advisor, source of judgment and expertise, ability to influence in a complex, fast-paced matrix environment .
In this role, the selected candidate will develop, monitor and measure all Human Resources initiatives to ensure trends are identified and addressed, including, but not limited to, time to fill openings, turnover, retention, employee engagement, and benefit metrics.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including, but not limited to, culture, organization design, compensation, employee engagement, change management, talent development and recruitment.
In this role, you will plan, direct and supervise all activities relating to administration and maintenance of employee benefits programs. Develop, implement and control programs in a manner that ensures cost effectiveness, market competitiveness and internal equity among employees.
