Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects primarily in the Global Operations or Infrastructure and Operations portfolios ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Track project deliverables using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
A Project Manager is also responsible for assisting management in the strategic project-related workflow process, coordinating and reporting project status updates and driving technical innovation that brings projects in on-time and under budget.
In this role, you will ensure that projects/programs successfully control and monitor progress, addressing risk and issue management, resource conflicts, effective communications, and stakeholder involvement, as appropriate.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of client relationships including project deliverables, communications and education; act as main contact for project status, updates and communication for the internal team.
Work to ensure projects are successfully implemented while taking into consideration a complex customized environment, constant resource constraints, accelerated timelines, and/or reprioritization of projects.
In this role, youll be responsible for the trafficking of all marketing projects from inception through completion ensuring team cohesion, timeline management, and quality of work. Youll document, track and route all projects throughout the department as you maintain the day-to-day relationships between stakeholders.
Lead the planning and implementation of complex projects in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing areas that require input from cross functions; facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of management associated with the contract; the PM must possess unique management skills to ensure the program remains on schedule and meets program requirements.
