The Systems Engineer (NE) performs tier three systems support in accordance with the SIE OPORD. In addition to in-depth technical knowledge of the Governments software and hardware, Systems Engineers need advanced analytical, troubleshooting and design skills. The ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users also is essential.
Setup, administer, support and maintain the R&D facilities computer systems, including servers, storage, networking, workstations, notebooks, related software and record keeping of activities to ensure data safety, system security and system stability.
In this role, you will provide technical solutions to a wide variety of complex problems using innovative and practical approaches that are consistent with company business objectives.Must have a strong understanding of technical and business objectives and ability to establish work priorities accordingly.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to understand IP Network Convergence and architect/articulate UC networks to facilitate successful transport of multiple types of UC applications.
