Manage employee development and training while maintaining a high level of motivation for all warehouse personnel. Responsibility for staffing, conducting performance appraisals, recommending promotions, salary increases, terminations, disciplinary actions, etc. for warehouse personnel.
Manage the project within the established budgets for hours and dollars: Obtain project budgets; ensure team members adherence to time tracking requirements; provide monthly analysis of variances and identify opportunities for improving resource allocation.
