This position also contributes to the financial integrity, accuracy and timely recording, posting, and reporting of the Companys financial transactions and represents the Coop in external and internal audit activities and/or special projects as they arise.
In this role, the selected candidate will work on special projects, if requested; assist with yearly audit preparation. If involved in the financial field, Assistant Controllers will oversee the reporting and integrity of accounting for invested assets in bonds, mortgage loans, equities, limited partnerships and derivatives.
The Supply Chain Accountant is responsible for working with all of Supply Chain to ensure compliance and accuracy of all accounting and reporting. Working from the initiation of new accounts to end of month closings and reporting. Must have great communication skills and the ability to create and deliver reports or run ad hoc research and reporting.
In this role, you will be responsible for administer fleet program including vehicle registration, quotes, repair authorizations, fuel and maintenance cards, fleet/fuel invoice reconciliations. Administer company cell phone plan including obtaining approvals for new equipment/service, ordering new equipment, reconciliations/monthly invoices.
To support the goals of the shared services group and its customers in the areas of accounting and finance specifically focusing on the new entities acquired from procter & gamble. These include but are not limited to journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, gl reporting and analysis, sox controls, and other general accounting tasks.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the cost accounting portion of month-end closing journal entries and reconciliation of related balance sheet accounts.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform general ledger account analysis, including the identification, and closure of aged open items; prepare monthly Account Receivable and Cash reconciliations.
