The Senior Project Manager is accountable for the success of a project throughout the duration of the customer engagement. The Senior Project Manager creates a Project Plan that covers the scope of the requirements and highlights all the customer deliverables, and how they interface with the Delivery Plan, and then manages that plan through execution and completion.
