The Senior Automation Engineer reports to the Senior Manager of the Automation group. The position is responsible for providing project leadership and daily operation to the Automation Engineering Team.
Manages and/or applies extensive technical expertise in the coordination of multiple, complex, non-routine projects involving the planning, design, reconfiguration, construction, maintenance and alteration of systems, facilities or processes.
Be responsible for providing technical leadership and defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure.
In this role, you will also be required to manage medium to large sized projects and possess the necessary organizational and leadership skills to do so. Being a highly motivated and responsive team player who can mulch - task and work under minimal supervision is a must.

A Senior Plastics Engineer (Injection Molding) is responsible for independently applying principles and practices of polymer science and engineering to implement new materials and processes of moderate scope and complex features.
In this role you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure.
The senior engineer will work with the site teams to identify desirable sustainability initiatives; and provide structure in the assessment of cost effectiveness, technical feasibility, and life cycle impact.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with internal resources and outside vendors and partners for product prototype development; participate in formal design reviews and team activities such as design concept brainstorming, 3P Kaizen and FMEA.
